Most prime of resort’s condos set to rise with groundbreaking

STARTING the new year right, Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) held the groundbreaking of One Oasis Cebu’s Phase 2 last January 7. The Balinese-inspired resort-style residential district is set to add four more mid-rise buildings, completing the nine-building masterplan.

Following the success of its initial phase — its first four buildings have been completed and sold out with all its units turned over to its happy owners and its fifth building ahead of construction schedule — One Oasis Cebu will be building its most prime mid-rise, 10-story residential condominiums at its second phase.

“The remaining four buildings are the most prime of the nine-building master plan with a majestic view of the Cebu Golf and Country Club,” Archie Igot said, One Oasis Cebu’s project development officer.

Phase 2’s land development is set to be completed in six to eight months while the whole project will be completed in four year’s time. It will be adding 600 hundred units to the development, making the total number of units of One Oasis Cebu at 1,250.

“It’s less dense and we dedicated 60 percent of it for open space,” Igot said. With resort living in mind, One Oasis Cebu has many open spaces for a breathable uptown city life along with its amenities that include a covered basketball court, a clubhouse with adult, kiddie and lap pools, a play park and a fitness gym.

As a testament to its commitment to building quality homes for families of all ages, One Oasis Cebu is also accredited as a Ready for Move in Retirement facility by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

For ease of living, it also has a perimeter fence surrounding the whole community and a 24-hour security system as well as a Property Management Team to make sure that all facilities are properly maintained.
