Mutya ng Pilipinas 2014 charity program
MUTYA ng Pilipinas winners have been sharing their blessing and happiness in many ways, one of which was holding a charity event at the Asilo dela Milagrosa on Gorordo Ave., Cebu City.

For the third time around, 2014 Mutya winners Milan’s Patrizia Bosco of Milan (Mutya ng Pilipinas 2014 for overseas community), Psychee Patalinjug of Cebu (Mutya 2014 for Asia Pacific) Glennifer Perido of the Cordilleras (Mutya 2014 Miss International), and Christine Racel of Olongapo (Mutya 2014 1st runner-up) visited Asilo dela Milagrosa last Aug. 27.
The kids, nuns and personnel of Asilo dela Milagrosa extended their warm welcome to the Mutya ladies by preparing a short program, where the lovely visitors participated themselves. Among the highlights of the program were when the Mutya winners danced and walked the runway with some of the kids.
Sharing her thoughts on the event, Cebu’s Mutya Psychee Patalinjug said: “It’s a wonderful experience being here and being part of those children’s lives. Just giving a simple token for them is a very big part already and it gives me great pleasure and honor.”
Asilo dela Milagrosa runs child and youth welfare programs that aim to care for, protect, develop and empower children who are orphaned, abandoned, voluntarily surrendered, neglected, and those in difficult situations.
