A concept restaurant called Brique

DO you enjoy keeping one step ahead of friends and colleagues on where the latest must-try dining destinations are? Then better include Brique on your list—the latest dining experience brought about by the Creative Cuisine Gourmet Group.

Brique opened to media and friends in a private gathering last Aug. 18, a day prior to its public opening where they gave out complimentary dining passes to customers who participated in their social media promo.

Brique’s menu presents delights such as salads, pastas, sandwiches, soups and desserts that satisfy the palate — all served in an ambient rustic interior of wood, brick, glass and mood lighting that likewise satisfies the senses.

Brique is located on Salinas Drive, Lahug, and is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends. (Charlyn Pepito, USJ-R Mass Comm Intern)
