Almost 40,000 minors fully vaccinated in Oro

A TOTAL of 100,972 doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered to children aged 12 to 17 in Cagayan de Oro, the City Health Office reported Thursday, December 30, 2021.

According to City Health Office medical officer Dr. Ted Yu, 39,716 were fully vaccinated and 61,256 were first doses.

As of December 30,991,156 doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered in Cagayan de Oro. Of the figure, 545,511 were for first doses of the vaccines, and 433,332 were used as second doses. A total of 12,313 individuals received their booster shots.

Among the 991,156 administered doses, 67,594 were for frontline healthcare workers; 87,330 were for senior citizens; 144,044 were for persons with comorbidities; 379,981 were essential frontline workers; 47,990 were from the A5 priority group; 163,245 were from the ROAP priority group; and 100,972 were from pedia A3 and ROPP priority groups.
