IT CAN be a challenge to come up with plans for Valentine’s, especially with cost in mind. To help you out, here are some ideas on where to eat and what to do on the 14th, whether you’re on a budget or in the mood to splurge:

Eat to your stomach’s content.

There are cheaper buffets around the city but if you want value for your money, Vikings is a great choice, with its impressive variety and selection that doesn’t compromise quality and taste.
