IF you’re looking for a unique place to get fit, you don’t need to look further. Parkmall’s newest attraction, Extreme Aeropark, is a place to get fit while having fun at the same time. The first indoor trampoline park has great roster of activities that’s fit for the young and the young at heart.

Parkmall has always geared itself as a fitness haven and Extreme Aeropark is one of its steps towards its fitness goals.

Enjoy 1,700 square meters of interconnected trampolines as well as state-of-the-art equipment, including a laser tag arena and the Extreme Aeropark games:

Wall Climbing

Climbing the wall is the easiest part in this EA game. Participants would need to jump on a trampoline and onto a foam pit where they need to go through to climb the wall. Going through the foam pit is not as easy as it looks as the foam doesn’t follow your movements. Extreme stamina is needed.

Ninja Warrior

Be the ninja you’ve always dreamed to be and go through six obstacles. Jump, climb, balance and grip for your lives as you experience each obstacle and finally go through the coveted finish line. Don’t worry if you fall down though — a nice and soft foam pit is ready to catch you and propel you back to finishing the obstacles.

Bubble Soccer

It’s a lot like bump cars on foot, as the players from each team bump into each other while wearing a big bubble suit and trying their hardest to score a goal. If you’re familiar with soccer, it has all its elements — just that the players wear a big bubble suit as they run around the indoor field.

Dodgeball

The dodgeball arena is made up of a number of trampolines placed side by side where players can simply jump from one trampoline to another while throwing balls to their opponents. It’s a great group activity that needs a lot of teamwork and proper synchronization when going from trampoline to the other (as per house rules, a player can’t jump to a trampoline that is still occupied).

It might look like a lot of work, but the amount of fun that comes with experiencing Extreme Aeroparks activities cannot be measured! Bounce off to the second level of Parkmall and enjoy three play times: 30 minutes, one hour and unlimited.
