F is for Fab
RITH beside Bridges Salon at The Gallery, you will find the new and very posh F Café where you will be pleased to know serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
In a recent press junket, Binky Sybico, good friend of owner Francis Lee and marketing brains behind F Café introduces us to Chef Jay Jonson who prepared the gastronomic feast for the night.
We started with appetizers like the beautiful Pizza Bruschetta, the super delicious Smoked Pork Quesadilla, and the Chicken quesadilla. Then came more pica pica dishes like the yummy Shrimp Pockets and the tasty Calamari.
The healthy salads followed: the Asian Shrimp Salad and the Mediterranean Salad. The Chops and Gravy was a delightful treat. The side of rice was indulgent and well-worth all the extra calories! The Penne Arabiata was a big serving. It went well with the side of bread.
The Asian Pasta was Chef Jay’s version of the Mi Goreng. It was marvelous! The Soy Glazed Salmon was definitely the star of the night.
Every bite just melted in our mouths! The Smoked Pork Belly was something special, too. The Beef and Chicken Kebab are also worth coming back for.
Francis Lee, owner and stylist of Bridges Salon, opened this Fab hangout to have a place where he can unwind and entertain guests. From Thursdays thru Saturdays, resident DJ Neil Pepito is on the turntables entertaining guests. Looks like someone knows the perfect recipe for fab.
F Café is located at The Gallery along Pope John Paul II Ave and is open on Wednesdays thru Mondays from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
