TGIFridays recently launched its new steak selection, the Double Mushroom Ribeye and the Steak & Garlic fries. Juicy and flavorful, the two are exciting complements to the restaurant’s American cuisine-inspired menu.
Guia Abuel, TGIFriday’s vice president for operations, said, “They will appeal to Fridays longtime steak fans and impress guests who thought they had to go to a high-end restaurant to enjoy steak fare. Our chefs really outdid themselves with these seasoned masterpieces. All of the ingredients and flavors work together to create a wow effect.”
The Double Mushroom Ribeye consists of an 8 oz. certified Angus beef steak, with fried shiitake mushroom strips, roasted mushroom gravy and Fridays’ ultimate mac n’ cheese. While the Steak and Garlic Fries, a classic, is fire-grilled ribeye topped with herb butter, served with Parmesan-crusted, broiled tomato and horseradish cream, and sided with a generous siding of sour cream fries.
