Capitol Site fire leaves 37 families homeless

AN EARLY morning fire hit Barangay Capitol Site on Dec. 27, 2021, leaving P1.6 million in damage to properties.
A total of 27 houses were totally burned, leaving 35 families and 140 individuals homeless.
The fire, which started in the residence of Rudy Pondar was reported at 1:49 a.m. The fire was declared a fire out at 3:25 a.m.
Fire Officer 1 Ariel Jay Toron suffered a laceration on his left palm, while Eleazar Montimayor had a laceration on his right toe.
Fire investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire. (MVG)
