Summer is in full swing — as if you can’t already tell from the sweltering heat the minute you step outside. Despite that, one common activity across all age groups is frolicking on the beach. But it doesn’t take a trip to your favorite beach to know that your body needs protection from the adverse effects of heat. Apart from staying hydrated, you might want to get a hold of these summer products before hitting the outdoors, as suggested by these Weekend readers.

The use of sunscreen is dependent on many factors like activities you plan to partake in, the weather, the length of sun exposure, sensitivity, etc. but these do not mitigate the need for use of one during the summer season. More importantly, the benefits of sunscreen in the long run is perennial so might as well take advantage of it as early as now.”
