OKAY, remember the guys who gave us the really juicy, yummy burgers with the “secret sauce”? Well, they’re at it again, this time the guys at Burgaholic let us try their ribs! Yes, quite new on the menu and gaining some super dooper popularity is their full-rack, fall-off-the-bone ribs!

The secret to this deliciousness says Juan Ismael “Budji” Arceo, creator of Rib-o-holic and owner of Burgaholic is his special dry rub that is a harmonious cross between Texas and Memphis style cooking. Just the right amount of sweet and tangy will create a commotion in your mouth and make love to your tongue. This dish that varies between 250-300 pesos depending on the size, comes with a side of mashed potatoes or coleslaw or rice and buttered corn and carrots.

The ribs are not available everyday just yet. But it usually is on Saturdays. Just to be sure, call 254-0990 or 0915 404 1139. Ask for Tita Nancy Chan, everyone loves her and calls her that. The burgers are available every day except when they’re closed on Sundays.
