Filinvest Premiere launches Serulyan Seascapes Mactan
A TWO-HECTARE expanse of living spaces and greenery by the sea, Serulyan Seascapes Mactan was formally launched by Filinvest Premiere in a posh gathering held at its newly opened showroom in Seascapes Resort Town.
It was an event to remember, as balladeer Kuh Ledesma serenaded guests with her repertoire of classics throughout the evening. In attendance were Filinvest executives includingPresident and CEO Josephine Gotianun-Yap, Catherine Ilagan, Francis Gotianun, Joseph Yap, Allan Alfon and James Montenegro. Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza also graced the events, as well as media guests and the company’s valued patrons and clients.
The new development is located in Seascapes Resort Town, which is also home to Filinvest’s Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. Serulyan offers the best of both worlds with easy access to modern, urban living in the vacation island of Mactan. It is designed to be an oasis for residents, dedicating almost half of the development to open spaces. (PR)
