Frankly Speaking, a musical
SPELLBINDING dance steps and heartwarming ballads captivated shoppers last December, as Ayala Center Cebu hosted Frankly Speaking, a jazz musical that featured the Steps Dance Project, a dance management group whose performance was directed by James Laforteza. In the show, Frank Sinatra’s eternal hits came to life through the group’s lively beats.

The evening was capped off with tap dancing, as international tap dance artist Omar Edwards brought to Cebu his “Afro Feet Music” from New York, and wowed the crowd with his skillful steps. Musicians Xian Lim, JC Santos and George Schulze also made an appearance as they serenaded the crowd with romantic ballads. (With Jem Felicilda, Joan Navaja, USJ-R Masscom Interns)
