ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW. With her knack for all things creative and crafty, Raida Galang has her hands full with several projects in the two fields she loves the most. As an interior designer for the family business, she is working on a new collection of door designs. As a chef, she is conceptualizing a healthy selection of commercial breads for a growing chain of neighborhood bakeries, another enterprise managed by her family.
