La Gondola’s new menu: wider selection of masterpieces

FROM Italian to Mediterranean. Waterfront Cebu City Hotel has expanded the menu of its Italian dining outlet, La Gondola, by adding in a new array of flavors that originate from countries throughout the Mediterranean region. These new dishes have been specially conceptualized by the hotel’s executive chef, Simon Sperling.

Apart from its prized pizzas, pastas and risottos, you can now experience in La Gondola a selection of Mediterranean fares like black paella, bread with hummus dips, grilled tenderloin steaks, mushroom soup with truffle oil, freshly baked mushroom tarts, baked salmon with polenta, and many more.

One-of-a-kind creations are also available for adventurous eaters: you can start the meal with vegetable salad with herbs — and flower petals — in vinaigrette, and then cap it off with homemade parmesan ice cream prepared on a block of Himalayan salt. Enticing, yes?
