Now open at the Upper Ground Floor of The Northwing, SM City Cebu, the brand recently held an intimate gathering for press and selected guests in Cebu last Aug. 16 at The Pig & Palm as they kicked off their nationwide expansion with their first store outside the capital.
“In 2013, we got together to create our dream eyewear line. Today, Sunnies has 40 stores and has expanded online to Southeast Asia. We noticed a growing trend where our sunglasses were being converted into prescription eyewear plus requests from our customer base to make eyeglasses. That is why and how we made Sunnies Specs happen.” shared Georgina Wilson, marketing director of Sunnies Studios.
With a vision to make the experience of getting glasses easier and more enjoyable, customers can get a quick eye exam by trained optometrists, customized prescription lenses and a quality frame all on the same day for P1,999 for single vision stock. Other upgrade options are also available based on personal preferences.
Sunnies Specs worked with top optometrists, studying the procedure and science until they developed their own formula of crafting premium optical eyewear. The same team that created your favorite Sunnies sunglasses crafted over a hundred Sunnies Specs styles that are just as fashionable, suited for every face shape and personality.
These frames are crafted from high quality materials such as acetate, flexilight and metal and are lightweight, durable and comfortable for everyday wear. The lenses are multi-coated on all pairs and are equipped with UV protection, anti-reflection and anti- glare plus water and scratch resistant. (PR)
