Maartext: National Arts Month 2018, a project of the National Committee on the Literary Arts, showcases the intersections of the literary with the other arts. The University of San Carlos Cebuano Studies Center with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and other groups will hold how-tos, moderated conversations, stage plays, spoken word poetry and music performances, book launches and short film screenings.
