Present during the signing were RWM President and Chief Executive Officer Kingson Sian, RWM Chief Gaming Operations and Marketing Officer Hakan Dagtas, PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Jaime Bautista, and PAL Vice President for Ancillary Business Unit Kevin Hartigan-Go.

The partnership now allows RWM cardholders to convert their earned Points into corresponding Mabuhay Miles from PAL. This gives RWM members with Mabuhay Miles membership more access to enjoy the Mabuhay Miles program pillars to fly, shop, dine, drive, and unwind with close to 80 partnering premium brands.

Mabuhay Miles is PAL’s frequent flyer program that provides its members with lifestyle perks and has an estimated 3.7 million members to date.

Mabuhay Miles members with RWM membership cards may redeem their miles into RWM Gift Cards, an all-in-one card that is honored in participating RWM partners and outlets.

“RWM continues to create innovative ways to give our members the most convenient and useful programs they can enjoy,” said Dagtas. “Having this partnership with PAL will give more value to our members’ earned points while also giving Mabuhay Miles members an equally attractive advantage with the RWM Gift Card,” he added.

PAL was likewise excited to partner with RWM, its first gaming partner in the Philippines, as it allows Mabuhay Miles members both earning and redemption privileges. “This partnership is what we’re looking for as we are committed to find more ways for our members to earn more miles not just by flying PAL but also through our program partners, while also being able to redeem their miles,” shared Marietta T. Casanova, PAL’s Assistant Vice President for its Loyalty Rewards Program.

“This partnership is the first one that gives our members an option to make use of miles by going to Resorts World and redeeming an RWM Gift Card which makes it very unique,” says Casanova.
