A must-visit is their Christmas Bread Station with an extensive spread of Italian favorites, including focaccia, panettone, and biscotti.

Even better yet, this elegant yet warm, luxurious yet homey dining destination has rolled out a meticulously curated special menu just for the holiday season with their Anzani Christmas Eve Family Feast for Dec. 24.

To begin the feast, freshly baked corn bread and dips are served, followed by the Trio of Appetizers Platter: Parma Ham Cone wrapped with potato mustard salad, Shrimps Pineapple with honey calamansi dressing, and Bouquet of Garden Lettuce with blue cheese dressing. Then, warm your palates with Roasted Butter Squash Soup with a hint of nutmeg and honey, finished with truffle essence.

For the main courses, there are four masterful dishes to brace yourselves for. First is Pasta infused with vodka cream sauce, topped with crisp of Norwegian salmon and black caviar.

Comes next is Grilled Cod Fish specially marinated with herbs on lemon butter sauce and steamed baby spinach, and follows the US Roast Beef Tagliata that’s oven baked with thyme and fresh mushrooms on a creamy sweet mashed potato.

And perhaps considered the gustatory star of the season, the Roast Pork Belly punctuates the feast. Prepared to perfection for 36 hours, the Roasted Pork Belly is encrusted with 24-carat gold salt — yes, gold salt, filled with savory rich, creamy foie gras, and balanced with candied fruit and black wild rice.

Make sure to make room for the lovely Glazed Homemade Rhum Fruit Cake served with vanilla ice cream to complete Anzani’s Christmas Eve Family Feast.

In case you’re wondering, Anzani is preparing yet another feast for Dec. 31: the Anzani New Year’s Eve Seven Course Degustative Menu. That’s two sensational menus for two special dates. To that Chef Marco says, “Buon Appetito!” (NSV)
