AWAY from the hustle and bustle of Cebu, and just an hour-and-thirty minutes’ drive going down the scenic road of the South, there lies a hidden gem in the form of a resort that basically has it all for you.
Located in Barangay North Poblacion, San Fernando, Paulo Luna Resort and Spa offers the best of the best to its guests, from a great array of water sport activities, to pools (yes, there’s more than one), and lastly, clean, spacious rooms.

Laid out on a sprawling piece of land right by the beach, Paulo Luna was officially established in December of 2014, and has been a popular getaway place for many. But though the resort has seen its fair share of guests checking in for the day and the night, Paulo Luna, amazingly enough, still maintains the peace and quiet that many crave.

The resort has over 42 rooms available for overnight stays all priced reasonably well. Those who like to get fit while vacationing can make use of the resort’s gym, and those who wish to be pampered with utmost care can head straight to the resort’s spa.

But one of their biggest features that Paulo Luna can really boast about is their pools. Strategically placed around the property, three pools can be found in the resort. The first one is a large rectangular shaped pool with both shallow and deep ends, making it excellent for doing laps. The second one is relatively smaller and intimate, while the third pool is their largest, and most expansive, facing the sea and allowing the guests to get lost in the island feel while in the waters.

And as if it doesn’t get any better, the resort’s café serves a great choice of food for those with a rumbling belly, their kitchen focusing on mixed cuisine.

With the great features and amenities that Paulo Luna already has, the management and proprietors have plans to further expand the place, giving it amenities that will only further boost the impressive resort, with plans for a wave pool, a basketball court, a tennis court, a volleyball court as well as a proper shoreline are all in the plans.
