Laguna Group launches Parilya

THE family that brought some of Cebu’s most-loved restaurants is adding to their continually expanding legacy — Parilya, a proud showcase of Filipino-Cebuano dishes and delicacies.

Launched last Feb. 8, The Laguna Group’s latest restaurant concept is set to be the next landmark of al fresco seaside dining in Cebu. Its menu includes classics such as boneless lechon, steamed seafood, and chicken inasal, plus unique dishes such as the chorizo gourmet burger, lechon sandwich, and otap with ice cream. As if all that isn’t enough to make Parilya stand out, a number of its menu items come from recipes of friends that are new and fresh interpretations of traditional Filipino dishes.

The white and turquoise hues of the cozy interiors and the cool sea breeze create the right mood to relish the dining experience. Along with the proven quality of food and service that the Laguna Group is known for (Café Laguna, Ulli’s Streets of Asia, and Lemon Grass), it is the marriage of the orthodox and the unique that sets Parilya apart.
