Rediscovering Feria
RADISSON Blu Cebu’s lobby was teeming and packed with patrons, connoisseurs and local personalities, as the hotel launched its newly upgraded flagship restaurant, Feria, in a posh luncheon celebration held Nov. 8. It was held vis-à-vis the hotel’s introduction of Feria’s “storied chefs” namely Frederic Cyr, Peter Yeung, Randy Origenes, Hira Tiwari and Allan Barrios.
Guests had an enjoyable time as they hopped from one station to the next: taking their pick from Feria’s Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Mediterranean cuisines, and culminating in its eye-catching dessert station famous for homemade ice cream. Then, adding a bit of spice to the celebration was a flash mob—a dance performance done by some of the restaurant’s servers. (PR)
