All aboard the Jokai I
EVER dreamed of spending intimate holidays at sea? Make this dream real and hop aboard a catamaran yacht and cruise in the waters off Mactan Island.
Earlier this month, domestic shipping group Jokai Marine International Inc. added the Jokai I to its fleet of luxurious catamaran yachts and launched it through one of its most sought-after services, a sunset cruise around Mactan, the first of its kind in Cebu.
At 72 feet long and 40 feet wide, the Jokai I was designed by French naval architect Gildas Plessis of Studio 3 in Paris and was custom-made to be a party boat. It can accommodate as many as 50 guests, and is fully furnished with built-in bar and music system.
Ideal for various occasions from intimate gatherings to corporate events, the Jokai 1 is available for exclusive charter contracts. It also offers day cruise packages such as island hopping cruises around Mactan and Olango Island good for 30 passengers at P35,000, and a sunset cruise good for 20 passengers at P20,000. Snorkeling gear and fishing lines are available free of charge, while other water sports such as jetskis and banana boats are available at additional charges.
