Rockwell Land launches 32 Sanson’s model units

ON APRIL 3, Rockwell Land launched and finally opened to the public the model unit of its first development in Cebu, 32 Sanson, in Lahug. In attendance to the momentous occasion were the model unit’s interior designers Butch Valdez and Alice Erfe, who have collaborated with the realty firm for the past 18 years.

“There are many things you can do with a condominium unit, and we want to show you how a unit can be upgraded to fit the personality of the user,” said Butch, a renowned personality in the design biz and who flew in from Los Angeles to be part of the project.

Butch and Alice played with a palette of earth colors and with efficient space planning, made the area roomier and functional. Rockwell Land’s sales director for Cebu Crystal Ozamis also noted that all units have high-ceilings, higher than industry standard and is a common characteristic of all Rockwell properties.

The launching event began with a ceremonial blessing and then culminated in an evening of cocktails, drinks and music—an event graced by the firm’s executives, clients, guests and well-wishers. (FSE/Fotos by Jonolin Luab)
